What is WeighLess4Life?
WeighLess4life is not a just a diet, a detox program or an exercise method. It is a motivational plan which combines all 3 into a suitable concept that will change your life forever. Changing the way you look at food, dieting and exercise and inspiring you to permanent changes.
The structure of the itinerary is a unique course of action that works with you as a whole person; looking at your lifestyle, tackling your own personal difficulties with food and weight gain, getting rid of obsessions with food and dieting. There will be no weighing or measuring, or goal setting for weight loss targets. You will however learn about SMART goal setting for personal achievements and progression with personal interests or career. Knowledge of your inner self, awareness and wisdom of life will develop through meditation and contemplation.
You will learn more about yourself and things you are interested in, how to relax and be at one with yourself, how to alleviate boredom, which can be associated with problems with food.
Whether you have a few pounds to lose or whether you feel you have a serious amount of weight to lose, providing you are fit and well (check with your doctor), this method will be effective.
It is initially a 28 day program. The first 7 days will be based at Tara’s Retreat in Spain. This is to get you on the right road with no distractions, in a relaxing and appropriate environment. The following 3 weeks you will be motivated to carry on the course from home, with support and ongoing advice. Preferably the support of people you live with will aid your progress and in turn get the whole Family involved in a new healthy lifestyle.
